About Me

Laurel Kroo is a postdoctoral scholar in the Non-Newtonian Fluids group, and will be starting as an incoming Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Polymer Science and Engineering in fall of 2025. Laurel's current work at MIT is focused on sensing transient material properties in polymeric viscoelastic fluids, for applications in food science and manufacturing.
